Ths 377 tons of missing HX is Bush's responsibility.
No spin can erase this. I know the rightwing is spinning hard to try and erase the story but it is real and it has cost US troops lives. It is symptomic of Bush's incompetence as a commander in chief. We need a much smarter more considerate commander in chief. Kerry would be perfect.
