There was NO CHANGE NEEDED IN ENFORCEMENT the CHANGE needed was in ENFORCING THE EXISTING RULES. You actually think a President can just make any rules he wishes? Especially at the state level? LOOK AT THE FACTS not the rhetoric. Kerry was informed, REPEATEDLY they only wanted him to PUT PRESSURE on the local FAA administrators in HIS DISTRICT where HE HAD EVERY RIGHT to do so, HE FAILED. Now THATS THE FACTS. JDN
