They will sound even more confident though.

Rove explained his florida strategy a few years back. The tactic was to claim victory early (even badgering the networks to withdraw the exit polls showing a Gore victory). This let them enter the supreme court as supposedly the agrieved party.

I bought one of those pressurized air-horns to blow when Bush finally gives his concession.
