I met a woman from Australia who claimed that folks who DON'T vote are fined. The only protection the govt has in place now are 10,000 attorneys representing both sides to argue the case should it go into overtime. Wouldn't it have been smarter for them to argue voters' rights ahead of the election. Of course.
