That's like the client who asks the real estate agent what the neighbors are like in the new neighborhood they're moving into. The smart agent will ask what their neighbors were like in their old neighborhood they are moving out of. After listening carefully they reply that they're pretty certain the neighbors in this new neighborhood will be just about the same. Of course the contented person looks forward to meeting their new neighbors, while the miserable person immediately investigates ways to cancel the purchase of their new home with the unpleasant neighbors. .
