There were some who were tried for the crimes they committed .. I have no doubt that more should have been. John Kerry tried to convince the American public that war crimes were military policy. That ALL US military in SEA were committing war crimes. He was working the NVA psyc-opps method of winning the war by causing the folks back home to turn against the war efforts. The north had a zero likelihood of winning by conventional methods. Correct? They then turned to any method that would get the US out of Vietnam. Kerry worked well in their efforts. BTW .. McCain was co-chair of that committee?
