"Re: If dissent can be sown early then people who are not aware of the process of elections are led into believing that the election is not being run fairly and correctly."

This was said in reference to the message to which I responded.
It refers to the dissent being generated by the Democrats to instill fear in voters that they will not be allowed to vote if registered properly and hyped by the media.

This particularly plays upon the fears and insecurities of those who are not able to understand the American system of voting----that is unfortunate.

Shame on the Democrats for sowing such fear into the voters!

What we are seeing here is the typical campaign ploy on the part of the Dems------go on the offensive and accuse and attack the opposition, in this case the Bush Campaign and Republican Party, attempting to divert attention and the time of the campaigns from the tasks of running a campaign.

This is a ploy that has been used throughout the years---including when Republicans were not allowed to participate in Virginia.

QUESTION FOR YOU: If you don't trust the companies with the computers and the software for voting, then what is the alternative?

Incidentally, thank you for the initial compliment. However, your compliment was overshadowed by all of your bashing of the Republican Party and accusations regarding "thugs" etc.

I am very proud to be a Republican and to support the values of Republicanism.

Happy Halloween!!
