The content deal was necessary for XM only because it needed to be perceived as a content "equal" -- and they clearly accomplished this. Wow - are you stuck in the 1990's? Content will be THE mover if this area is to survive. Fanatic? You have 1 view and you stick to it no matter how outmoded it is. At some point the hardware will be a minor issue. Pre-installation will be secondary to WHICH content one prefers. You need to be a bit more "visionary."
