Evidence is all over. From public and private schools, SS, Medicare. The government has show a propensity to screw well intended things up. Charities have a higher % payout of collected money on most cases. <<Who says it isn't part of the US to reallocate resources>> We're not talking resources....we're talking charitable wealth. And I say its not their job! Our obligation is to help those who can't help themselves....not even out incomes. I put my money where my mouth is - do you?
