Frankly, your query has all the markings of baiting, but I'll attempt to give you a brief response, for starters... I'm sure you're an intelligent individual, and you must realize that people can say whatever they want during a campaign... but it is certainly safe to conclude that behavior is far more eloquent than any speech given in the heat of a campaign... therefore, take a close look at kerry's 20 year record in the Senate... yes, Cheney voted against some military bills, but kerry voted against all of them, he even voted against the 1991 Gulf War, apparently it didn't pass his global test, this means if kerry had his way sadam insane would still be in Kuwait... he's a throwback to the 1960's peacenik mentality, he even said about 9/11, "It didn't change me much." Therefore, if he were President sadam insane would still be in power and in Kuwait, and very possibly in Saudi Arabia... not 380 tons, but 400,000 tons of weapons of mass destruction would still be available for use against the free world... and so on... your response to this post will tell me how serious you really are to discuss these issues...
