I think you can see it in Bush's speeches today. He looks like a defeated man. He's, of course, not actually saying that. But, he seems like he's speaking half-hearted now, as if he knows his goose is cooked in this election. It's going to be close, but I can't see how an incumbent could be happy going into an election day with these sorts of poll numbers. It's not winning poll number for him.
