I heard Kerry, yesterday on TV emphasizing that he is even tougher than Bush, that he will do "whatever it takes" to hunt down and kill the terrorists. Bush, of course, brags that he is tougher and has the record to prove it.

So, who is going to win, the proven tough guy, or the guy who claims he will be even tougher?
