Is Kerry a Navy hero? Nope. Not in the U.S. Naval Academy's home town of Annapolis, MD. Annapolis is the state capital of one of those "liberal eastern" states. It's also a one-paper town, the Annapolis Capital Gazette, which has a liberal editorial page. It's also the home of the US Naval Academy.
