Bush visited the troops? Bush flew into a secure location far from any population areas to visit with a custom-selected group of pro-Bush troops. he held up a plastic turkey, shook a few hands and took off again. It was a nice thing I suppose but it was mainly for political publicity. Partly he did it because Hillary Clinton was in Iraq and he didn't want to be showed up.

Kerry could easily go to Iraq himself. But he's not into such obvious photo ops. No "mission accomplished" BS with Kerry. He will tell us the truth, and tell the troops the truth.

Kerry would never visit the troops as Pres. He would spend all his time kissing up to Jacques Chirac and those other thieves at the UN.
