Not necessarily to the extent that Kerry does.

Like I said before, lots of hindsight, but little foresight. Kerry's flip-flops wouldn't even be much of an issue if he had some guiding principles upon which he bases most of his decisions.

Instead, Kerry is just hoping that people will "fill in the blank." And I already see a lot of that on this thread alone.
