? What's the common sense you are refering to?

In order to fill out the ballot, I must state under penalty of perjury that I am a resident of San Francisco, which I am not. Common sense tells me not to do sign that portion.

Please don't embarrass us Democrats by illustrating how even a Democrat with an MBA can't fill out a ballot !!!

And it appears I am registered as an Independent, so don't fret on me bespoiling the good image of the Dems!

One vote per person is the golden rule.

I think the idea is that one vote or zero votes (for the non-voters) are both OK. It's two or more votes per person that causes the trouble sometimes :-)
