When was it that handguns got banned in the US congress?? (what about rifles, and AK-47s, regular shelling??) Should they too be grandfathered, at least a month before presidential election?? PS I have not yet found the specific date, nor any details on the possibility to grandfather it. What is worse, I do not have someone in the US congress to write. Btw, should all puertoricans be grandfathered?? Funny circus stuff, said Fillmore afrc.af.mil great sliding trombones..
