A sense of urgency is needed to keep the cash flowing and the worries worrying.

But there's no sign of unusual warmth down here. On the contrary. I'd say we are heading for another ice age any day now. And THOSE come on quickly, due to snow cover and cloud rapidly reducing incoming warmth which is reflected out to space again, which used to be absorbed by dark sea and dark green plants and rocks.

Quickly means 3 years.
