That's correct, and you are making my point exactly, that terrorism has to be stopped immediately or it will grow out of hand and we may then not have the capability to stop it... if it's difficult now, just imagine how difficult it will be when they get their hands on nuclear devices and can deliver them to us... your position of "it's not so bad" and/or "wait and see" is exactly why hitler was able to gain such a strong hold in europe before we finally stepped in to stop him...
