To actual prove he is legally unqualfied to hold the office would be going over-the-top. And raises a legal question of whether a Carter-type pardon erases all past un-American acts.

This causes one the think- who is this man about which so little is known, who condemns the work of our servicemen yet presents himself as a war hero.

It raises unanswered questions.
