Bush probably spends most of his final moments talking to Karl Rove and their cadre of lawyers hoping to find a way to get a disputed election back before the US Supreme Court where he can get re-appointed to a second unelected term in office. He's probably down on his knees right now praying to stay away from the bottle and get plenty of law suits filed.
