>> You are obviously obsessed with XMSR, which must be your 1 investment.

No, but it is my single biggest investment. But it was probably my smallest investment when I first bought it. If you get my drift.

>> The music and news is readily available at SIRI, online, on cable and on satellite TV.

I see. So the company that gets Howard Stern is going to prosper, while the one that didn't, won't.

Do you have any idea how idiotic that position is? My god, you must worship the man at the alter. You should keep in mind that the paying audience for Stern, while big, still contitutes a tiny fraction of the number of subscribers XM will have as of the end of '04.

>> Your vision of hardware and wishes and hopes that it will drive enough to XMSR is nothing more than a pipe dream. It hasn't worked to date for either.

What ARE you talking about? XM's hardware has SLAUGHTERED Sirius, and is doing so as we speak.

>>> Neither stock is a valuation play. Neither stock price can be argued as being supported by traditional measurements of value. Both will get clobbered in a bad market.

You really know so little about the SDARS business I'll agree with you -- there is no point to continuing the conversation. Do your homework, then we can talk. While you're not bowing down before Howard Stern listening to fart jokes.
