Another unknown is that these mobile people are the ones that the republicans plan to challenge at the polls. They will try to show that the address they had when they registered does not match their driver's license or their last electric bill. It is not yet known how much Jeb Bush will be able to manipulate the system in Florida to toss all these young and minority voters.
