does that explain three certificates for one SS. Beats me. This is of course pure speculation but I suppose it's possible that he was discharged but the nature of the discharge was still under review, explaining why he did not get a discharge certificate at the time. On the other hand, if this is the explanation, there is no reason for Kerry to not have long ago signed the 180 since the explanation would have been innocent. So, on balance, I think that there's probably merit to the speculation. I sure hope we don't elect a guy who refuses to clear the air on the issue he rode into the campaign. There will be hell to pay if the truth should come out while he is president.
