If Congress insisted, I can't think of a way it could get around the President's power over military activity other than to impeach him.

I am not worried about Kerry abusing our Army. I don't expect our Army to hang around and take his crap.

I am worried about how we will survive with a very very small Army.

A Sergeant I know put it this way, "We don't want any shit. We don't take any shit. We are not in the shit business."

Kerry's history is known by all. Kerry may get legal command. But he will have to recruit his own volunteers to fight wrong wars, in the wrong places at the wrong time. The men and women volunteers serving in our Armed Forces today did not volunteer to shovel Kerry's wrong shit.
