It's one of those things that is hard to define but you know it when you see it.

As a child I enjoyed stomping in literal puddles ... never sure how the splash would spray or what it bring with it. So, there is an element of mischievousness, some mystery, and the opposite of control freakishness involved in the actions.

I also enjoy serious topical discussion but am somewhat bored with red/blue empty rhetorical bashing and pom pom waving.
