U.S. expects to borrow $100 bln in Q4 By Corbett B. Daly
WASHINGTON (CBS.MW) -- The federal government is expected to borrow $100 billion in the final three months of the year to pay for ballooning budget deficits, the Treasury Department said Monday. For the first three months of 2005, the government expects to borrow a record $147 billion.
