That's what combjelly said...but it's probably unwise to publish these, particularly if you are ahead.


I understand the psychology but I don't think it matters in this case. If Kerry is to win, and that's a big if, people will want to be able to say they voted for him, and give their horror story of how long they stood in line to make that vote. I have never seen people so galvanized......my phone rang all weekend and I am registered independent. And WA state is not swing state. I can't imagine what's happening in OH, FLA, PA et al.

As for the alleged Kerry lead in FLA, remember that many GOPers vote early but they do it by absentee ballot, not in person. Their votes would not be reflected in that count showing Kerry in the lead.
