re: It infuriates me that our media is so screwed up. We have some of the worst media in the free world. NBC and CBS are better than FOX but not by a lot. I agree and they are getting much worse. They are so afraid of being labeled partisan that they don't say anything at all. They just read the talking points from each side, without comment. For me, its worse than that........before the war, they were so afraid to oppose Bush and they failed to give us the truth even though their Brit. counterparts were telling the Brits the truth from the get go. Everyone says the media is liberal but frankly, I think their mgmt. is made up of closet Republicans and I also think they have bought into the American might-is-right thesis hook, line and sinker! Patriotism was going to war, not opposing a potentially horrific mistake. ted
