Long term it is irrelevant who wins.
Short term it is hard to say.
Kerry might lead to protectionism.
I have always maintained the economy is going to suck no matter who wins.

I do think there could be a reduction in the oil fear premium if Kerry wins. How the market reacts tho that is debatable. Right now treasuries fall and the US$ rallies when oil goes lower.

Treasuries rally with a falling US$.
Stocks are just all over the place.

I guess I am calling short term action a crap shoot.
Longer term I do think Russ and I have similar views on things it's the intermediate view where we differ dramatically.

Regardless of who wins, I thin a lot of stimulus will be removed next year. Probably more so with Kerry who will (hopefully) be trying a lot harder to get us out of Iraq.
