That sounds right to me.

She talked about that moldy closet. The landlord was trying to get her to leave because her apartment was rent controlled, very cheap, and if she could be driven out, he would be able to quintuple it. In that mildew paragraph that I posted, it mentions that long exposure is dangerous.

Poor woman.

I often wonder what she would be doing if she had lived.
