Fascinating book! If I didn't have a list of more than seventy to read between now and June.... Maybe Mr. E would like the it though. Here's the description I liked best: From Library Journal In Part 1 of this informative and well-written work, syndicated book columnist Basbanes explores the history of book collecting from antiquity to the 1940s.
