This facility reported 403.9 tons of toxic air emissions from 1987 to 1997. These toxic emissions included antimony, arsenic, chlorine, copper, lead, silver, and zinc compounds. Huh, thats five years on Clinton's watch, and Clinton allowed these permitted releases under the Clean Air Act.

You don't understand the Clean Air Act, Statutes, or Govt Regulations. Stick to picking up curbside solid waste, thats as much as you will ever be able to understand and grasp about environmental laws and rugulations.
