Not true. Clinton had a 24/7 Al Qaida desk in the WH which stopped the Milennium attack on LAX. Bush disbanded it, did not replace it and did nothing after being warned numerous times about Al Qaida attacks inside the US. In fact Bush did not mention the word terrorism until after 9-11. Condi Rice didn't either. It wasn't even on their radar screen. They were too busy serving their corporate special interests like gougers with Big Oil and the total waste of money SDI boondoggle.
