Republicans will not be permitted to use a list of 23,000 registered voters to challenge people at Ohio polls because doing so unfairly targets minority voters

The Ohio Supreme Court clarified that political parties are allowed one challenger apiece for each precinct. That 4-3 decision would affect polls only if the 6th Circuit allows challengers at the polling places.
