Here in Northern California, it feels like we are about a year into the 'start to pay debt down' phase of the cycle.

Santana Row in San Jose was the last big retail project, finished last year, and it was late because of a fire.

Still a little interest in building hotels, but there is a real need for rooms, even when the economy was down.
