Carolyn, The ambulance chaser if Florida are, now, in a panic. There is a constitutional amendment that limits the amount the can charge their clients for pursuing a medical claim against the medical system. They can sue for what ever amount they want to, but can only charge their clients a maximum of $150,000 plus expenses, and the expenses have to be withing reason. They have been airing lying ads trying to defeat this amendment, but I think it will pass. Serves those leeches right.

This will stop the doctors from leaving Florida because of the overwhelming cost of malpractice premiums, which in the long run, will bring better doctors here to treat the patients.
