Bill Frist admitted last night on CNN (I think) that a high level of turnout is likely to swing the election to Kerry.

The first indication of where we are is the turnout. If it stays in the 50 to 55% range, Gallup and Battleground will probably be right. If it approachs 60%, nobody knows. The polls are not set up to configure to that kind of turnout.

More low income Democrats; or Evangelicals who didn't vote in 2000? Other combinations? It's all speculation.
