It could be that Kerry would get no more of an audience for his "plans" in the senate than he would around my house....Heavy turnout in my little township this morning...and not a bad looking crowd at all...going to be a very interesting day.

He does have that responsibility, Bill.

Just as he had a responsibility to act on behalf of his constituents on the morning the planes hit the towers, when instead he sat for forty minutes "not be able to think straight" (as he later described).

I don't hold this against him, as he has had very little experience in making executive decisions or assuming responsibility and accountability.
