TP, That will continue until a large scandal gives them perspective.

You mean like Enron and Worldcon? A lot of good the lawyers are doing there.

Of course, my favorite are the class action firms that basically sued every company in the Fortune 500 whose stock fell after the 2000 bubble burst. Simply put, legalized extortion. Companies with questionable ethics simply settled without admitting guilt or changing their ways, and stand-up companies had to pay dearly to fight the charges.
