To mount a successful misinformation campaign it is essential to cast just enough doubt that people will feel uncertain about drawing any conclusion, and so will be inclined to error on the side of fear and caution. What Neocon posts on this subject is an affront to all thinking human beings -- but it serves a purpose in sowing just enough doubt and fear to keep people from rejecting their false claims of a Saddam-al Qaida connection.
