I was thinking I'd get Nader myself, but I ended up 50-49 for Kerry.

Don't ask about the other 1%, I don't know how it got in there! <g>

Hmmm, maybe something good WILL come out of this election:

story.news.yahoo.com

1:32 p.m. — Julie Glass, 20, is stopped on her way into the polling place by a Bush campaign worker, and then, seconds later, by a Kerry campaign worker. Both hope to persuade her.

"What do you have to say?" she asks politely.

Minutes later, at the polling station, Glass reads every word on the ballot. She leans her weight from one leg to another as the time ticks by.

"It was a little confusing," she says. "I've never voted before. I wanted to make sure I did it right."

"This year, I feel like it's going to come down to the young vote," she says. "I don't know one person around my age who is not out voting today."

Mebbee it's OK for youth to be wasted on the young after all....
