"That does not make it a lie."

If you know it is "imprecise", and make it anyway, doesn't that make it a lie? Funny that many dems (not sure if you have) will say that Bush lied about WMD even though everyone agreed that Saddam had some.

"Your statement that the dems dismantled the ground intelligence operations is also imprecise and may be entirely inaccurate"

Ever heard of the Torcelli rule? He is a dem, and it hurt our ground intelligence badly. Kerry supported it I believe. I think Repubs in general are stronger on defense and intelligence, and think you would have a hard time showing otherwise. My statement is certainly not "entirely inaccurate", and does accurately reflect my belief. Dems are soft on defense.

"But he (OBL) was in charge of AQ"

Probably still is.

"Now he is not even operationally in charge of all of AQ"

How do you know? If you are correct, you should thank Bush instead of insulting and belittling him.
