After rereading the highlights, one is struck by the sector under perform rating, and the lack of a target price for 18 months out...have to wonder about any analyst that has a some what positive narrative, and then slams the stock with his recommendation, and has no cuevas to back up his narrative with a price target...as a friend has said to me, a lot of "disappointing crap and why cover it" at all... Everytime MRV hits a target that this CIBC analyst sets, he raises more points, and raises more conditions....I realize that I am biased... read the report yourselves and please let us know what you think..OTOH, ready for a very long night. Regardless of the outcome, let's hope for a clear winner. m1
