I think our entire tax structure is antiquated and needs reform. We have rewarded those that spend instead of those that save. Lop sided. It should be the other way. REWARD those that don't go into debt.... TAX REFORM would be a big priority with me but it is little discussed. I don't think money should be taxed TWICE for example. ANYWAY, you are assuming Kerry is going to win. I still have the feeling it will ultimately be Bush. Market just did a burp.
