the interesing thing is that when it comes down it, CIBC's sentiment doesn't seem to match their analysis. note that they have upped their Q4 bottom line target to a loss of 1 cent. someone please verify, but haven't they beat CIBC's bottom line estimate nearly every quarter that they've been covering the stock? i would think this might be worth noting when considering how quickly MRV can move back to cash flow positive. also, note that accounts payable decline by around $3mil last quarter, while inventories increased to meet component demand. so, if they can increase efficiencies by manufacturing in taiwan, and increase some higher margin sales of products like the remote management console or media converter...well....please do your own dd.
