Steve, pretty good times if you had all your assets in 12% treasuries and you had no debt and your house was paid for....

Kind of like the recession of 2001, which was a boon for those who bought a house, then either sold it in 2004 or refinanced?

Like Cramer said, there's always a bull market somewhere. Of course, he promises to find it just for us ...
