"The win for Jim DeMint in South Carolina almost guarantees continued GOP control of the United States Senate, though it is a very strange night because, as John Podhoretz said on my program a few minutes ago, the exit polls are "dirty." It is in fact possible that a Bush tide is flowing and the media missed it --intentionally or otherwise. Who put together the methodology? Who hired the poll takers? Dan Rather?

There is no room for confidence, of course, as no breakthrough has occurred for either side, but the undercount of the Bush vote via the exit polling should suggest that there is more good news rather than bad news coming."--Hugh Hewitt--http://www2.krla870.com/listen/
