Wolf Blitzer just raised the question of provisional ballots in Ohio, so if it ends up within 10 or 20 thousand or so expect the challenge to come from there. Though based on where they are saying the remaining precincts are, the final margin seems like it would be around 100K or so. They also reported that people are still voting in Knox county, and I heard reports that one college precinct had so many people in line at 7 pm that it would take hours for them to finish. 7 pm was nearly six hours ago so it seems amazing that the line would still be there. Hmmmmm.

Don't see Daschle giving up without a fight.

No matter how litigious you are, you have to have a reasonable pile of votes to fight over in the recount, or you won't pass the laugh test in the court of public opinion.
