With bush +103,000 in Ohio. Ohio will go to Bush.


The Ohio Secretary of State was just on ABC. He said if the margin of victory didn't exceed the number of provisional ballots, the final count would have to wait until 11 days after the election, when they could tally the provisional ballots. Peter Jennings said there were about 100,000 provisional ballots in Ohio.

Kerry is challenging the OH results. They say Kerry could still win even though 90% of vote counted. Here we go again.
